On January 24, 2026, all employees of Focus Global Logistics including its headquarters, Shenzhen branch, and wholly-owned subsidiaries Shenzhen SnackSCM Food Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen SnackSCM Customs Brokerage and Inspection Service Co., Ltd., gathered in Shenzhen for the Focus Global Logistics 2026 Annual Meeting and 2025 Awards Ceremony. They looked back on their journey and envisioned a new future.

The event consisted of four main parts: a review and summary of 2025, recognition and affirmation of outstanding employees, a lucky draw, and plans and outlook for 2026.

 Looking Back on 2025

Company leaders reviewed the company’s steady development in a complex market environment, particularly the breakthroughs achieved in operational efficiency and service quality. They emphasized that the achievements of the past year were inseparable from the hard work and teamwork of every employee, and expressed gratitude for the trust and support of partners. 

Facing the changes and challenges in the logistics industry, leaders pointed out that changes in international rules, global supply chain restructuring, and AI technology innovation are profoundly impacting industry development. Focus Global Logistics must maintain a clear understanding, proactively adapt to changes, continuously focus on customer needs, strengthen service capabilities, and promote product innovation and operational system optimization in order to seize opportunities and achieve steady and long-term development amidst unprecedented global changes. 

During their speeches, leaders repeatedly mentioned key issues such as “Where are the customers?”, “Do we truly care about our customers?”, and “Can our services continuously meet their needs?” This encouraged all employees to return to the essence of service, strengthen internal collaboration, and focus on customer experience to jointly propel the company towards higher goals.

Outstanding Employee Recognition

At the annual meeting, the company solemnly recognized teams and individuals who had performed exceptionally well in the past year. Awards covered multiple dimensions, including performance breakthroughs, service innovation, and teamwork.

There are teams that have achieved millions of sales in 2025, there are individuals that have completed thousands of TEUs in 2025, there are also teams to accomplished the most projects shipment in 2025, and the OOG, BBK cargoes as well.

After the awards ceremony, the much-anticipated lucky draw took place. Focus Global Logistics prepared prizes for its employees including usmile electric toothbrushes, Godiva chocolates, cash red envelopes, Midea rice cookers, Laifen hair dryers, Chow Tai Fook gold jewelry, Huawei mobile phones, and Xiaomi flagship mobile phones.
